Due to COVID-19 we will no longer allow returns or exchanges to ensure quality health and the safety of our customers.
REFUNDS FOR CUSTOM ORDERS
NO REFUNDS ON CUSTOM ORDERS.
ORDER PROCESSING/SHIPPING TIMEFRAME
The turn around time on your custom order with Brand Her Right, LLC starts when you have paid in full or made a deposit (when applicable) and we have all information required to complete your order (all artwork, working/correct tags, all fonts required for print designs, and all shipping info. (Etc.)
Delay in receipt of any of this information can/will result in production delays. Our current turnaround time for all DOMESTIC custom items is 14-21 Business Days. Delay in approval of mockups can/will also result in production delays.
If you have a deadline for your order, it is especially important that you let us know when placing your order, it is important that you let us know when placing your order and a rush fee may apply.
CHANGES TO ORDERS AFTER PAYMENT
Any change to your order you make that is not due to that of Brand Her Right, LLC will be subject to a change fee of $20.00 in addition to the additional costs to make the changes. Any changes made will delay your order, regardless if you have paid a rush fee or given us a specific date.
SHIPPING POLICY
CHANGE OF ADDRESS
Please ensure that you’re billing and shipping addresses are correct prior to completion of your order. Due to cardholder security, we will no longer update shipping addresses.
RETURN TO SENDER
Packages that are ‘returned to sender’ due to incorrect shipping information provided by customer, will be issued a store credit minus shipping costs.
TRACKING SHOWS DELIVERED, BUT I DON’T HAVE MY ORDER WHAT SHOULD I DO?
Please contact your local USPS post office providing your tracking details. If your package is confirmed as lost or stolen, please initiate a Lost/Stolen package claim with USPS. We will not replace USPS confirming package(s) delivery.
